A new drama about life, love, loss and wrestling, “Takedown” follows a family as they struggle with the aftermath of a great loss. Noah (Xander Furman) takes up wrestling, while his father Lucas (JD Glickman) tries to hold the family together with some help from his mother, Connie (Susan Neuffer), who is also a TV and movie extra. Colin (Christopher W. Clayton) is a fellow wrestler, Sylvie (Robyn Ross) is a friend of the family and Molly (Hannah Brudnock) navigates life, living in the present while never losing a focus on the future. A well written drama with a top-notch cast who truly bring these characters to life. “Takedown” is story of struggle, survival and the way we fight back when life sometimes takes us to the mat.
